The Return and Refund Policy for CurrituckDesign.com is included to assist you in returning purchased merchandise in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a strict return policy. Please read and understand the policy completely before executing your return.
Return Policy for Items Purchased from CurrituckDesign.com
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (not including shipping and handling). Please see below for more information about our return policy.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or a product or service from Currituck Design LLC on CurrituckDesign.com, we will work directly with you to make your experience with us a good one.
With that said, if you purchased a digital product or service or a personalized item, we will not accept returns. However, we do want to make it right. Contact us and tell us what is wrong and we will correct the issue with no additional charge.
We only accept returns eligible for a full refund if they are in original condition and are not personalized items (such as shirts made specifically with your design).
Return Process
If you do purchase an item that can be returned, we will accept the return for a full refund of the amount paid for the item. You must contact us to arrange the return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a method of traceable shipping (certified or tracking number) to mail your return. Items lost during return shipping are not eligible for a refund. It is recommended to obtain insurance for the item up to the refund value of the item being returned. If the item is lost during return shipping, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please provide as many details as possible to qualify for an exception. Item must be returned using the process above for proof of damage.
Lost or stolen items shipped by us (if not signed for by the customer) will be eligible for full refund.
Items reported lost or stolen (after being signed for by the customer) are not eligible for a refund.
